Promoting a unique Vision

This passion project was inspired by the amazing individuals and communities we've met on our visits to Central America; despite - and often because of - their limited infrastructure, they have so much to teach us about harnessing precious resources and appreciating what we have - and each other. We designed our group tours so others would have the chance to visit - and be inspired by - places that many of our friends considered (too) far off the beaten track.

Our mission is to bring community professionals and their families a little outside their comfort zone to reflect together, exchange best practices, and play together in the knowledge that this will stimulate rejuvenation and innovation. Uniquely, we accomplish all of this while engaged in a mission to support local communal infrastructure like schools and clinics.

We are proud that so many past participants have fallen in love with these countries, made repeat visits to our mission partners and/or fundraised for them, and even brought groups of their own.

Meet our co-founders

Adam Eggers, JD

Adam pivoted from a career in law to the hospitality industry where he worked in management for Wyndham Hotels and Resorts before going into freelance consulting and training. While he learnt Spanish in Mexico, he strongly recommends the Spanish schools in Antigua, Guatemala as another exceptional place to learn the language. Adam is passionate about engaging with the local Jewish community whether at home or abroad, and is a sought after speaker for his innovative approach to critical communal issues.

Rabbi Daniel Coleman, MBA

Daniel is recognized for his extensive expertise in matters relating to Jewish communal life. While serving as a consultant to the community in El Salvador in 2022, he began leading retreats to the region, including last year's highly acclaimed sold out Pesach program. He is especially excited about introducing you to Guatemala and its welcoming community. He knows you'll enjoy discovering why thousands of Jewish adventurers and dozens of groups rate Guatemala as their favorite destination in the Americas.
